De TU/e is op zoek naar een HR adviseur voor de Services departments.

Human Resources department you will have the opportunity to thrive in this future-oriented environment.
The HRM department consists of approximately 100 enthusiastic colleagues. In addition to the HR advice
team of 30 colleagues, HRM also comprises the Policy, HR services & E-HRM, Learning & Development and
Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Radiation (OHSE&R) departments.
As an HR Advisor, you will support one of the services departments where there is a need for temporary
replacement.

Your core tasks
As an HR Advisor you will support a business unit or department in the following way:

Advise and support managers and staff on an operational/tactical level with regards to
(individual) employee and HR related topics;

Advise the departmental board on HR policy and organizational topics (e.g. strategic workforce
planning, absenteeism, recruitment, development);

Contribute to the development of the HRM university policy and ensure adequate
implementation within the organizational unit you work in;

In your role you will work on building strong connections with your stakeholders and regularly
you will take on an advisory and/or coaching role.

In addition, you will actively participate in university wide HRM projects. You also contribute to the further
professionalization and development of HR policy and advice.

In your role, you will work together with your direct colleagues (5) in the HR Advice Team (Services
Department), fellow HR Advisors (in Faculty Departments) and HR service employees.

De Eisen

  • 2 relevante referenties, die de volgende gegevens bevatten: naam referent, functie, organisatie, e-mailadres en/of telefoonnummer.
  • De medewerker voldoet aan het volgende functieprofiel en vaardigheden: • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; • You have multiple years of HR work experience at advising level within a complex (and preferably similar) organization; • You have an excellent oral and written command of the Dutch and English languages; • You are able to maintain overview, and your workstyle is people-, process- and project-oriented. You have a high degree of independence and flexibility as an HR professional. In doing so, you show persuasiveness and connect with people. You are result-oriented and make a professional contribution to the development of HRM and the HR advisory role within it.

  • G2.1 CV en referenties Inschrijver wordt verzocht het C.V. van de in te zetten kandidaat te uploaden en de competenties van de kandidaat specifiek aan te geven met betrekking tot de opdracht zoals beschreven in deze offerteaanvraag.   Relevante ervaring met betrekking tot deze opdracht dient uitgebreid uitgeschreven te worden in referentieopdrachten met contactgegevens van de referent.
