De TU/e is op zoek naar een HR adviseur voor de Services departments.

The HRM department consists of approximately 100 enthusiastic colleagues. In addition to the HR advice
team of 30 colleagues, HRM also comprises the Policy, HR services & E-HRM, Learning & Development and
Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Radiation (OHSE&R) departments.
As an HR Advisor, you will support one of the services departments where there is a need for temporary
replacement.
Your core tasks
As an HR Advisor you will support a business unit or department in the following way:

Advise and support managers and staff on an operational/tactical level with regards to
(individual) employee and HR related topics;
•
Advise the departmental board on HR policy and organizational topics (e.g. strategic workforce
planning, absenteeism, recruitment, development);
•
Contribute to the development of the HRM university policy and ensure adequate
implementation within the organizational unit you work in;
•
In your role you will work on building strong connections with your stakeholders and regularly
you will take on an advisory and/or coaching role.
In addition, you will actively participate in university wide HRM projects. You also contribute to the further
professionalization and development of HR policy and advice.
In your role, you will work together with your direct colleagues (5) in the HR Advice Team (Services
Department), fellow HR Advisors (in Faculty Departments) and HR service employees.
