The TU/e Vision 2030 gives direction for the development of our education. EdTech are an important enabler of this development. The growing EdTech tool landscape requires continuous innovation. The challenge in innovation projects is to involve the various stakeholders as partners in order to proactively offer solutions for our teachers and to keep the tool landscape manageable, secure and transparent.

As an Educational Development Officer (Teacher Support), you will be part of a team of highly motivated and professional educational experts helping TU/e teachers to design and innovate their education. Our mission is to play a key role in the development towards the TU/e Vision 2030 and provide high-quality educational solutions that are always up to date.

We are currently looking for multiple people to join our team in various roles and projects. The team consists of educational experts working in the fields of Challenge Based Learning, EdTech and (digital) assessment. Based on the profiles and interests, we will look for the projects and tasks that the candidates can fill. We are open to applications from both junior and senior candidates.

Job requirements:

  • A BSc and/or MSc degree, preferably in Education or related studies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in project management in (higher) education.
  • Experience in managing change and facilitating innovation with multiple stakeholders.
  • A hands-on mentality and support-oriented attitude.
  • An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. The team is international, so feeling comfortable working in English and within multiple national and cultural contexts, is important.

De Wensen

  • G2.1 CV, references and personal motivation Tenderer is requested to upload the C.V. of the candidate to be deployed and to indicate the competencies of the candidate specifically in relation to the assignment as described in this RFP. Relevant experience related to this assignment should be written out in detail in reference assignments with contact details of the referent. ​​​​​​​Furthermore the candidate must set out a personal statement specifically for this contract.   • Availability How many hours a week is the candidate available?
  • Starting date As of what date is the candidate available?
